PARTICIPATE VIRTUALLY ANYWHERE IN THE U.S.
In addition to the In-Person Event held in Kronenwetter, WI, Run for the Fallen also includes virtual options for the
5K, 10K and 1 Mile Firefighter Challenge, that anyone can participate in.
Those participating virtually will choose their own routes and can run or walk in their events any time on Race Day.
Time yourself and track your distance using your favorite running or walking app, or just enjoy an untimed walk at whatever pace you feel comfortable.
Additional instructions and details about how to post your time will be provided in your Virtual Race Kit.
Those participating virtually will receive the Run for the Fallen Virtual Race Kit, that includes an event tee, fallen hero honor badge and more from the Kronenwetter Fire Department, National Fallen Firefighters Foundation and our fine sponsors.
VIRTUAL SHIRT CUT-OFF
11:59pm, Monday, August 1, 2022
A small quantity of extra shirts will be ordered for the virtual event, and will be issued to participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
VIRTUAL RACE KIT MAILING
Virtual Race Kits will be mailed to all Virtual participants. Standard shipping rates will apply.
Virtual Kits will not be available during Walk-In Registration/Race Bag Pick-Up.
Virtual Race Kits will be mailed between Thursday, September 1, 2022 - Saturday, September 3, 2022.
Requests to have Virtual Race Kits outside of this date range cannot be honored.
All parcels will be mailed using USPS Priority Mail and CWA Transport shipping services.
Registration for the Virtual event is only available online. Walk-In Registration services are not available for Virtual participants.
Virtual Registration opens 12:00am, Friday, November 26, 2021
Virtual Registration closes 11:59pm, Friday, August 26, 2022
